- What are we going to use your data for?
In general terms, your personal data will be used in our relationship with you in order to be able to offer you our services, including e-commerce, consisting of the purchase and sale of products or of services via electronic means
The personal details you provide for us through the application forms for employment, as well as those included in your curriculum, will only be used so that you can take part in the various recruitment processes we organise.
Likewise, they can also be used for other activities, such as to send you advertisements, or promote our activities.
- Why do we need to use your data?
Your personal data is necessary for our relationship with you and in order for us to be able to provide our services to you, including e-commerce. In this sense, we offer you a series of tick boxes to allow you to decide clearly and simply on the use of your personal information.
All the information that we require will be used to contribute to the proper development of the product trading relationship which brings us together. Data such as addresses or telephone numbers, which in principle seem not to be related to e-commerce activity, will be used only to reassure ourselves that you will be able to enjoy the products acquired through this website.
The information that you provide us with must be true so that the e-commerce services can be provided coherently and effectively. It is in your interest, furthermore, to keep the information you provide us with up to date in order to avoid errors or future confusion which could interrupt the proper provision of services.
- Who is going to have knowledge of the information that we ask you for?
In general terms, only personnel from our organisation, with due authorisation, will be able to have knowledge of the information that we request.
Equally, knowledge of your personal information may be given to those entities needing access to this so that we can provide our services for you. Thus, for instance, our bank will know your details if the payment for our services is made by card or bank transfer.
Likewise, those public or private entities to whom we are obliged to provide your personal data in order to obey a law will have knowledge of your information. To give an example, Tax Law makes it compulsory to provide the Tax Office with certain information about economic operations which exceed a specific amount.
In the event that, apart from the cases commented on above, we need to make your personal information known to other organisations, we will ask you for prior permission via clear options which will allow you to reach a decision on this matter.
- How are we going to protect your data?
We will protect your data with efficient safety measures according to the risks involved in the use of your information.
To do so, our entity has given its approval to a Data Protection Policy and it carries out checks and annual audits to verify that your personal data is safe at all times.
- Will we send your data to other countries?
There are countries in the world which handle data safely and others which don’t handle it so safely. Thus, for instance, the European Union is a safe setting for your data. Our policy is to not send your personal information to any country which is not safe from the point of view of the protection of your data.
In the event that, in order to offer you the service, sending your data to a country which is not as safe as Europe cannot be avoided, we will always ask for your prior permission and we will apply efficient safety measures to reduce the risks of sending your personal information to another country.
- How long will we keep your data for?
We will keep your data while we maintain a relationship and while the laws oblige us to do so. One the applicable legal periods are over, we will proceed to delete the data safely and in an environmentally friendly fashion.
The personal data you have provided for the presentation of a job application or as a candidate for the process of personnel recruitment will be kept for a period of one year counting from the original presentation. Once this period is over, we will eliminate the data in a safe fashion.
- What are your rights with regard to data protection?
You can contact us at any moment to find out what information we have about you, to rectify it if is incorrect and to delete it once our relationship is over, in the event that this is legally possible.
You also have the right to request that your information be transferred to another entity. This right is called “portability” and can be useful in certain situations.
To request any of these rights, you should make a written application to our address, and send us a photocopy of your identification card, in order to identify you.
We have specific forms available in the offices of our organisation to request these rights and we offer you our help in filling in the form.

- Can you withdraw your consent if you change your mind at a later date?
You can withdraw your consent if you change your mind about the use of your data at any moment.
So, for example, if you were once interested in receiving advertising material about our products or services, but you don’t want to receive more advertisements any longer, you can let us know via the form for rejection of data handling available in the offices of our organisation.

Making a complaint to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos is free of charge and there is no need for the help of a lawyer or a solicitor.
- Do we draw up profiles about you?
Our policy is not to draw up profiles about the users of our services.
However, there may be situations when, in order to provide the service, whether commercial or of another type, we need to draw up profiles of information about you. An example could be the use of your purchasing or service history in order to be able to offer you products or services adapted to your tastes or needs.
